Why we keep the team small
Learning and enablement consultant with more than 20 years of experience, and a part-time professor of Technology Business at Centennial College.
I work directly with the people I help. Every engagement starts in the same place: what needs to change, who it affects, and how you will know when it has worked. From there we build the smallest system that can carry the change — clear skills, usable content, a routine people can follow, and a measure that keeps it honest.
Most of my work is with small teams that do not have a strategy department, a training budget, or time to run a programme. They need something practical that still holds up on a busy Tuesday morning. That is the standard I design to, and it is why I stay close to the work until the system is running without me.

“Technology follows the people it serves. When a team feels more capable at the end of a project, that is the result — everything else is support.”
